• Respect ride leaders and fellow participants
• Notify organizers of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance

4. Community Guidelines

All members are expected to:

• Treat all members with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from discriminatory or harassing behavior
• Not engage in dangerous or reckless riding
• Maintain appropriate communication in group chats
• Report any safety concerns to ride leaders

5. Safety and Liability

Members acknowledge that:

• Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks
• They participate in rides at their own risk
• MotoRepublic is not liable for any accidents or injuries
• Members are responsible for their own insurance coverage
• Ride leaders are volunteers, not professional guides

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Regarding content shared on our platform:

• Members retain ownership of their content
• MotoRepublic has license to use shared content
• Members must have rights to share any content
• No unauthorized commercial use of MotoRepublic content

7. Account Termination

MotoRepublic reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Remove members from rides for safety concerns
• Ban members for repeated violations
• Modify or terminate services at any time

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
